The Hamilton Caster Series BC Combination Brake Caster combines industrial strength with high-load efficiency. Its cold-formed 3/16″ thick steel top plate and 1/8″ thick steel legs are built for durability. Featuring a 7/8″ diameter kingpin bolt with a lock nut, this caster ensures secure rotation, while the main and secondary load bearings—two rows of steel balls in heat-treated raceways—support smooth, reliable movement. The 1/2″ axle bolt with a lock nut adds stability. With integrated lubrication fittings in both the swivel assembly and roller-bearing hubs (except as noted), these casters maximize longevity. The top plate measures 4″ x 4-1/2″ with slotted bolt holes, offering flexible mounting for a range of industrial applications.

Featured Wheel Bearings:

• Precision Ball Bearings – double sealed, maintenance free, superior rollability aids manual applications, not recommended if shock loading is prevalent
• Straight Roller Bearings – traditional anti-friction bearing, best for manual applications where shock loading (but no side thrust) is prevalent. 
• Delrin Bearings – chemical and corrosion resistant plastic-type bearing
