Description

The Peanut 3 Long is a single-component, invisible connector and the optimum solution for large-scale manufacturers. It is designed for fast assembly and is compatible with end-drilling machines, auto-insertion machines, and large-scale production line insertion machines. The long dowel length provides an optimal solution for 90º and end-to-end connections. The component is solid filled, meaning that it has no holes for screws or pins. In assembly, the Peanut head rides over the lip of the Peanut slot and slides to the end. This action creates a strong clamping force, pulling the two panels together from the inside.
