Our Key Cutting Machine Tune Up Kit includes the following OEM HPC replacement parts

• Cutting Wheel (CW-23RM)
  • Cutting wheels become dull over time and need replacing.
  • If your cutting wheel is missing teeth or cutting slow, it’s time to replace it.
• Drive Belt (9120-BELT)
  • Drive belts lose their elasticity and grip over time and will eventually break.
  • If you’re belt isn’t gripping the motor and cutter pulleys the way it should, the key cutting process takes longer or just won’t happen at all.
• Tracer (9120-13)
  • Tracers (also known as a stylus or copy dog) become rounded or dented over time and lose their sharp/smooth edge, resulting in poor key machine operation or duplicate keys that don’t work.
  • It’s a good idea to replace both the cutter and tracer at the same time when calibrating your machine.
• Deburring Wheel (TYX-3)
  • This is the 1 wear item on any key machine. If the bristles are too short, removing left over material from the key cutting process becomes difficult, challenging or impossible.
