The Gedore BMW & MINI Locking Tool Set is a professional timing tool kit designed for servicing 1.6L turbocharged direct injection petrol engines with N13 and N18 engine codes. Ideal for locking camshafts and flywheel, and pre-tensioning the timing chain tensioner during timing chain replacement, VANOS servicing, and engine repairs.

Locking the camshaft and flywheel. Pre-tensioning the timing chain tensioner. Required when changing the timing chain, removing and installing the VANOS adjustment units, or repairing the engine.
